Fizzy Jasmine Tea Fruit Punch

It's always nice to have a cool drink on a hot day and these Tea punches are the perfect thing to make.

It taste so much better then flavoured infuse water coz the tea gives it a slight depth and the soda makes it fizzy.

Vegan friendly recipe that everyone can enjoy

Fizzy Jasmine Fruit Punch
Yields 3 servings

3 Jasmine teabags
240ml (1 cup) Hot water
300ml (1 ¼ cups) Club soda
3 Peaches
10- 15 Fresh Strawberries
Agave nectar
Fresh mint

Fresh Strawberries

1. Brew the teabags in the hot water for 10 minutes
2. Slice the peaches and strawberries and add it to a jug
3. Hit the mint leaves between your hands and add it to the jug
4. Fill the jug half way with ice
5. Add the Agave nectar over the ice and pour in the cooled tea
6. Top it off with the club soda and give it a good stir
7. Garnish serving cups with fresh strawberry

I. You can switch out the club soda to champagne to make it a simple white sangria
II. You can make it ahead of time for the fruits to infused through the drink but only add the ice and club soda before serving
