We did it with no tapioca pearls this time but you totally can check out this post to learn how to make pearls from scratch. They are already vegan from the normal recipe so no tuning needed.

Maybe just try out the teas first, if you enjoy it, you might just which it over to this "healthier" option.
*Healthier is in quotes because if you go overboard with sugar and full fat milks, well the healthy factor gets thrown out the window* lulz
Recipe time!!
Vegan Milk Tea 3 Ways
Yields 3 Servings
Ingredients
Matcha Soy Latte:
5g (1 tbsp.) Matcha powder, sifted
45g (3 tbsp.) Hot water
150g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) Soy Milk
15g (1 tbsp.) Simple syrup*
Ice
Mango Coconut Fruit Tea:
1 Green tea bag
80g (1/3 cup) Hot water, for brewing tea
80g (2.8oz) Mango flesh
30g (2 tbsp) Coconut Milk
15g (1 tbsp) Simple syrup*
Ice
Passion Milk Tea:
2 Passion tea bags
160g (2/3 cup) Hot water
40g (1/6 cup) Rice Milk
15g (1 tbsp) Simple syrup*
Ice
*Simple syrup:
1:1 Sugar and Water
Method
Simple syrup
1. Combine 1 part water and 1 part sugar in a small sauce pot
2. Heat it on medium and stir until sugar dissolves
3. Let syrup reach a rolling boil and remove from heat
4. Let it cool, refrigerate to store
Matcha Latte
1. Combine matcha and hot water in a cocktail shaker/mason jar, stir with a spoon until no lumps
2. Add ice 3/4 of the way of the shaker
3. Add the soy milk and sugar syrup in the shaker
4. Shake the tea until the tea is thoroughly chilled, you can feel it from the shaker
5. In a glass, add a couple cubes of ices, strain the chilled drink on to it and serve it with a straw
Passion Milk Tea
1. Steep the tea bags into the hot water for 15 minutes
2. Remove tea bag from tea
3. In a cocktail shaker/mason jar, add ice 3/4 of the way
4. Add the rice milk, sugar syrup and brewed tea into the ice
5. Shake the tea until the tea is thoroughly chilled, you can feel it from the shaker
6. In a glass, add a couple cubes of ices, strain the chilled drink on to it and serve it with a straw
Mango Coconut
1. Steep the green tea bag in hot water for 2.5 minutes
2. Remove tea bag from tea
3. Combine brew tea, fresh mango flesh, coconut milk and simple syrup in a blender
4. Blend until smooth
5. In a glass, add a cup of ice, pour the drink on to it and serve it with a straw

I. Simple syrup quantities are just for reference, adjust the sweetness to your liking
