Faux Carrot Egg Salad Puffs

Happy Easter ~ A little late... but still good for archive :)

Egg Salad faux Carrot Puff
Yields 6 puffs

1 sheet of puff pastry
Egg Salad Filling
Roman Lettuces
Orange food colouring

1. Cut puff pastry into strips
2. Wet the pastry and roll the strips into ropes
3. Grease horn molds and wrap dough around
4. Pinch the ends to seal
5. Paint on diluted food colouring and bake it until golden brown
6. Unmold the horns and let it cool thoroughly
7. Pipe egg salad into the pastry and attach 2 small pieces of Roman

I. If you make your own laminated dough, you can colour it there
II. Make a bunch for Easter tea party
