4. Scoop 2 Tbsp. of rice in the middle of the plastic wrap and insert a quails egg in the middle
5. Shape the rice around the egg using the plastic wrap and form it into an egg like shape
6. Repeat for the remaining quail eggs, set them aside
7. Cut the top and bottom of the hard boiled hen eggs, set them aside
8. Scoop out the egg yolks and mix it with the remaining rice
9. Scoop 1 tbsp + 1 tsp onto a plastic wrap and form it into a ball
10. Repeat with the remaining rice, set them aside
11. Use different cutters/punchers to cut out shapes from the ham, carrot and nori to form the decoration
12. Carve a cracked “egg shell” like pattern out form the tops and bottoms of the hard boiled egg to form a hat
13. Attach all decorations with a little mayonnaise
14. Serve with salad and teriyaki chicken

I. You can pair it with any side dish for your bento
II. If you reheat the bento in the microwave, there are chances that the soft-boiled quail egg will explode
III. If you are not into soft runny egg yolks, you can hard-boil the quail eggs
IV. Serve it with any condiments to your liking

Hope you guys enjoy this weeks [How To's]
