No Bake Nutella "Football" Cheesecake

For all the Super Dad's out there, Happy Fathers Day !!! 

Football may not be every Dad's favourite so this totally could make a good Super Bowl Party.

Nutella - The creamy chocolatey spread that change the world....Well maybe a bit too dramatic *laughs*

If you are a fan of Cheesecake & Nutella, you must try this even if your are not a Father :)

No Bake Nutella Cheesecake
Yields a 4 inch Cake

Ingredients
Crust:
60g (2 oz) Cracker crumbs*
20g (1/4 cup) Hazelnut bits
30g (2 tbsp.) Butter, melted
15g (1 tbsp) Nutella

*You can use graham cracker crumbs or any cookie crumbs of your choice. We used Digestive biscuit crumbs

Cheesecake:
114g (4 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
16g (2 tbsp.) Icing Sugar
70g (1/4 cup) Nutella
50g (3 ½ tsp) Heavy Cream
2.5ml (1/2 tsp.) Vanilla extract

Glaze:
28g (1 oz.) Semi-sweet Chocolate
15g (1 tbsp.) Butter

Decoration:
White Chocolate decorations

Method
1. Combine crust ingredients and press it into the mold
2. Refrigerate until ready to fill with cheesecake mixture
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed
4. Add sugar, Nutella and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy
5. Add in heavy cream and beat in until just incorporate
6. Pipe cheesecake filling evenly into the mold over the crust
7. Smooth out the top as well as you can
8. Refrigerate until filling is totally set, it takes about 2-4 hr for this size 
9. Combine glaze ingredients and melt it gently (in a bain-marie or microwave) and let it cool a little before glazing to avoid melting the bottom
10. Pour glaze over set cake and spread it around evenly
11. Wiggle the cake a little to smooth out the glaze
12. The glaze should thicken up a bit when it hits the cool surface of the cake, add the white chocolate decorations and let it adhere to the surface
13. Cover it with foil and refrigerate for 30min - 1 hr
14. Serve it to your Dad as whole and the whole family can dig in with a spoon :)

Tips
I. The mold we are using is a relatively small one, so the you may need to double up the recipe for your larger form
II. This Cheesecake have a rich and smooth texture, a small portion could suffice for 1 person
