Fererro Rocher Popsicles

Here rains chocolate and hazelnuts!!

Who doesn't like the famous Ferrero Rocher Chocolate candy...

And in this Hot Summer, everyone deserves a cold relaxing treat to take the edge off.

Totally inspired by Cammy's favorite Candy~ We came up with this Popsicle, trying our best to incorporate all the delicious flavour and texture from the FR.

Hope you guys like it :) As we do like them alot~

PS: It's mostly 2 of us so 3 pops is more than enough, feel free to double the recipe and store them in the freezer for emergencies *wink*

Ferrero Rocher Popsicles
Yields 3 servings

Ingredients
Popsicle:
120ml (½ cup) Milk
120ml (½ cup) Heavy cream
30ml (2 tbsp) Sweeten condense milk
95g (1/3 cup) Nutella , chocolate hazelnut spread

Coating:
Semi-sweet Chocolate
Butter
Roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Method
1. Blend all popsicle ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Divide and fill each mold evenly, cover and freeze for 1 hr
3. Insert popsicle sticks, they should hold straight up
4. Freeze for 8 hr preferably overnight
5. Melt chocolate and butter gently and let it cool
6. Unmold popsicles and dip it in the cooled chocolate and sprinkle on roasted hazelnuts
7. You can seal them tight in individual baggies and store it in the freezer

Tips
I. The amount of butter to semi-sweet chocolate in the coating depends on how soft or crisp you prefer your coating. We use 200g semisweet chocolate with 20g butter
II. If you do not have popsicle molds, you can use disposable paper cups to form them
III. This is a very rich recipe, you can alter the ratio of ingredients to make it a lighter version.
IV. If you prefer a more ice cream pop like consistency, you can briefly churn the mixture in an ice cream machine before filling the molds
