Starbucks Secret Menu Recipe: Bubblegum Frappuccino

The Secret Menu has been around for quite a long time now... but people are still obsessed with it and a home version would surely be satisfying when you have to drive a mile to your favourite Starbucks for it.

Meet the Fruity Bubblegum Creme Frappe, All inspired by the pink bubblegum you ate as a child.

Our Recipe mimics the very flavour of it just like the secret recipe calls for..

So take a few minutes and whip it up~ Then sit back and enjoy the nostalgic ride.

Bubblegum Frappuccino
Yields 1 glass

120ml (½ cup) Milk
1 heaping Scoop (¼ cup) Vanilla Ice cream
1 cup Ice
3 Strawberries, frozen
15ml (1 tbsp.) Strawberry syrup
15ml (1 tbsp.) Raspberry syrup

Whip Cream
15ml (1 tbsp.) Strawberry Syrup

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it smooth
2. In the cup, drizzle strawberry syrup in a zebra pattern
3. Fill the cup with the beverage and top it with whip cream

I. If you want a more stable drink you can add ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum to the mixture, but I personally don’t like additives

Variation: Strawberry and Creme Frappuccino
1. Omit Raspberry syrup and Strawberry syrup from bubble gum frap
2. Use 30ml (2 tbsp) of strawberry syrup for drizzling
3. Add whip cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry

Hope you guys enjoy this weeks [How To's]

See  you next week :)
