Raspberry White Hot Chocolate Recipe

What is better the regular hot chocolate?

PINK hot chocolate of course!! Everything pink is better *wink* (well maybe not to everyone)
but... valentine's day is coming, it is really festive if you go for a pink theme.

For all the singles out there, not to fret coz your can enjoy this recipe with your family and friends on this sweet sweet holiday.

This sweet concoction is just the perfect beverage for a cold and cozy valentine.

The hue of pink in the drink is just delightful to look at.

Pair with red velvet chocolate chip cookies would be a great snack :)

Raspberry White Hot Chocolate AKA Pink Hot Chocolate
Yields 1 serving

240ml (1 cup) Milk
50g (1.75 oz.) White Chocolate, grated / chopped
5ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
15ml (1 tbsp.) Raspberry Syrup (We use our homemade Raspberry Syrup, Recipe here)

Whip cream 
Heart sprinkles 

1. Heat milk on the stove or microwave below boiling point
2. Add in chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute then stir until smooth
3. Add in vanilla extract and raspberry syrup, stir until all incorporated
4. Top the beverage with the whip cream and sprinkles

I. For a sweeter taste, add sugar in the milk before heating it
II. Using vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla extract will give a more cotton candy flavour
